2.Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on gyratenetcom.com is absolutely free.

3.Do I have to necessarily register to shop on gyratenetcom.com ?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

4.Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one gyratenetcom.com account.

Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping fruits & vegetables. A family member can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.

7.I have not purchased anything from gyratenetcom.com from last three months ?

Gyratenetcom.com will suspend the account, if no activity is seen from the user for three months / 90 days.


1.What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at gyratenetcom.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

2.How do I reset my password?

You need to enter on FORGOT PASSWORD section and provide your email address / mobile number. An email / text message with a reset password will be sent to your email address / mobile number. 2.What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.


1.When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select normal or custom delivery slot. Regarding the NORMAL delivery slot, the product will be deliver to your doorsteps within 2-3 hours of timeframe, whereas in CUSTOM delivery slot, your order will be delivered to you on the day and time slot selected by you. There might be some chances that we might be unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations both in case of NORMAL or CUSTOM delivery slot ).

2.How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?

Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand picked, hand cleaned and OZONIZED with sophisticated imported technology and then proceed forward for packaging. The whole system is automatic thus a minimum amount of human interference is required. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

3.How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

4.How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. While placing order, you can change the shipping address in the checkout system itself.

5.Do you deliver in my area?

Gyratenetcom.com is working to a limited geographical area ( Dibrugarh ). Presently all the services are limited to Dibrugarh,, Assam. We are planning to move forward to cover entire upper Assam within next year or two.

6.Do you do same day delivery?

We do have same day delivery provided you place your order from 6 AM to 6 PM on the day you want delivery. After the cut off time the delivery will shift to next consecutive day. For some specific item the delivery time may differ.

7.What is Same Day Delivery?

Gyratenetcom.com has now started same day delivery. All you have to do is order before 6 PM and we will deliver it to you the same day evening ( approx within 2-3 hours of Final Product Placement). Any order placed after 6 P.M will be delivered the next day in the slot chosen by you or as per normal circumstances.


1.Return – Refund

You can return / refund the products to gyratenetcom.com with valid logic reasons . Any invalid reasons for return or refund of products / harassment to our staff in any form can lead to blacklist your name from GyrateNetcom. Return Policy - Time Limits: 1. Perishable goods ( all fruits & vegetables items ) : Immediately at the time of delivery to our delivery executive / delivery boy. After delivery of the product to the customer , GyrateNetcom will not replace, return or refund the products in any circumstances.

2.How do I raise a claim with customer service for any of the Guarantees - Delivery Guarantee, Quality Guarantee?
